Who We Are
Our Beginnings
OneRaja Construction and Services traces its roots back to over a decade ago when founder Russ Arvi Bontuyan began offering wood flooring installation services for small- to mid-sized projects. With a strong background in woodworking and painting, he initially operated under a different company name, serving as a subcontractor for four years. In 2017, OneRaja Construction and Services was formally established, marking the beginning of its independent operations.
Growth and Expansion
Since its official launch, the company has steadily grown and expanded its capabilities. Today, it offers a full range of construction services including decking, tile installation, special coating and painting, plumbing, structural works, interior fit-out, as well as design and build services. OneRaja Construction and Services is proudly accredited with a PCAB License, Category B for General Building.

With over 200 skilled and dedicated employees—including site engineers, foremen, painters, masons, installers, and carpenters, many of whom bring over a decade of experience—the company continues to deliver high-quality construction solutions. OneRaja Construction and Services remains committed to excellence, professionalism, and innovation as it takes on projects across various industries in both the private and public sectors.
